Troubleshooting Your Ankarsrum Product
At Ankarsrum, we want every baking and cooking experience to be a great one. If your machine or accessory isn't functioning as expected, we're here to help. Before contacting Customer Service, we recommend checking the points below, as many issues can often be resolved quickly by reviewing the setup and usage instructions.
First, please make sure that:
- The power cord is properly connected and the machine is plugged into a working power outlet.
- The machine is switched on and any timer settings are correctly adjusted.
- The accessory has been assembled and attached according to the instructions in the user manual.
- All assembly, operating, and care instructions have been followed.
- The product has been cleaned and maintained according to the recommendations.
- No ingredients, dough, or other materials are blocking moving parts or affecting performance.
