Warranty rules of Ankarsrum

Our 7-year Warranty applies to products that are used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and user manuals. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws (including your statutory right to file a complaint).

From the original date of purchase, the product is covered as follows:

Main machine: Seven (7) years
Accessories and attachments (including those included at purchase): Three (3) years
This warranty covers defects in materials, design, and workmanship under normal household use.

If a defect is confirmed within the applicable warranty period, the seller will, at its discretion:

Repair the product, or
Replace the product or the defective part

To make a warranty claim, you need to:

Contact the seller as soon as possible after discovering the issue (no later than 15 days)
Provide a description of the problem (photos are helpful, if available)
Show proof of purchase (receipt or similar)
Claims can be submitted via phone, email, or other approved contact methods.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from everyday use
Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents (unless reported upon delivery)
Damage caused by incorrect use, misuse, or neglect
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
Transport or installation damage
Damage due to external factors (e.g., impact, storage conditions, or aging)
Continued use after a fault has been identified
After the three (3) year period, accessories and attachments are no longer covered.
