Ingredients
- 5 lemons (average size)
- 1,3 liter water
Syrup
- 225 g sugar
- 200 ml water
- Ice cubes for serving
Follow these steps
- Make the syrup first by bringing 200 ml water and 225 g sugar to boil, stir until the sugar has completely dissolved and let it cool.
- Assemble the assistent with Citrus press and press 5 lemons. Strain the juice.
- When the syrup has cooled, pour the fresh pressed lemon juice, the syrup and 1,3 liter water in a carafe and stir.
- Serve chilled with ice cubes.
