Ingredients
- about 150 g ice cubes or crushed
2-3 lime
70 g white syrup
8 cl light rum
Topping
- 2 tbsp sugar
1 lime
Fresh raspberries
Lemon balm
Edible gold powder
Follow these steps
- Assemble the assistent with the blender
- Add ice, juice from the lime, syrup and rum
- Mix on high speed until everything is blended
- Add sugar on a plate and grate the peel of a lime, stir with a fork
- Cut the lime and moisten the edge of the glass with a lime. Dip the edges into the lime / sugar mixture.
- Pour the frozen lime daiquirin into the glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries, lemon balm, and edible gold powder. Serve with a straw
