Ingredients
- 300 g frozen apple in pieces
- 500 ml apple juice of good quality
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Liqueur 43 to taste (for non-alcoholic variant, replace with a little vanilla essence)
Follow these steps
- Peel and core the apple and cut into pieces, freeze (preferably the day before).
- Assemble the blender on the assistentand add all the ingredients.
- Mix until you have a sorbet texture on the drink.
- Pour into glasses and decorate with star anise, cinnamon sticks and apple slices.
- Serve immediately and enjoooooy
