This Vegetable Cutter is simple to use, quickly processes large quantities, and is easy to clean as all parts are dishwasher-safe. The Vegetable Cutter comes with three drums: a slicing drum, a coarse grater drum, and a medium coarse grater drum. You’ll also receive a locking ring, housing and a feeder plug. This amazing accessory saves time and makes cooking easier and more enjoyable.
How does the Vegetable Cutter work?
The Vegetable Cutter attaches quickly and easily to your Ankarsrum Assistent Original. Here’s how:
- Attach the Vegetable Cutter housing by securing it to the base.
- Select the drum you want to use and screw it into place.
- Secure the locking ring.
- Position the Assistent Original on its side.
- Rotate the base so the housing opening faces upward, then start the machine.
- Feed ingredients into the cutter using the feeder plug for safe and efficient processing.
The drums have no sharp edges inside, making it safe to empty them even while in use.

Which drums are included?
Slicing drum
